A wedding in the Tuscany countryside at Le Filigare
They hold the wedding celebrations by the pool (that requires a five minute walk from the main villa), the wedding reception outdoors, with the wedding meal served on the terrace taking in stunning views of the wine estate and surrounding countryside, the caterers are superb and the food and wine is exquisite!!! Everything is organized with the inestimable help of Irene of the venue and the wedding planner Pia.

The after dinner party is inside the ball room of the villa, the spouses have “Angels” by The xx as their first dance and suddenly after they asked to have some lively live music to get everyone on the dance floor (and keep them there!!! 🙂 as rock and swing, Latin and classic pop… so The Killers, Bryan Adams, Kings of Leon, Elvis, Gypsy Kings, Santana, Kaiser Chiefs, Queen, Bon Jovi, Rolling Stones and so on… Concerning DJ set they asked to be more popular and current dance/club music and, since the groom is Iranian and there’s a few Iranians, they asked to have some modern Iranian dance music (they shared some Spotify playlist with us!!!)

The Agriturismo Le Filigare itself and surrounding countryside is incredible, it looks picturesque from the photos but actually being there takes your breath away and we have to admit it’s more beautiful in reality than from what we ve seen in the pictures. Silence, beautiful nature, amazing panorama and… Florence and San Gimignano are a 30 minute drive from!!!
