What EQUIPMENT do you provide?
We bring everything we need for our Live + DJ performance. This includes musical instruments, sound system, dj equipment and all related sound gear (active loudspeakers, microphones, audio mixer, laptop computer, stands and cables), as well as disco lights. We only require the venue to provide a power source. Included also a second sound system (free of charge) for the wedding dinner speeches and background music. Can you play during the CEREMONY or APERITIFS?
We usually play for the after dinner wedding party anyway don’t worry!! If you need an audio service / microphones or some live music for ceremony and / or aperitifs we can take care of it either directly or by putting you in contact with some of the best musicians/ acts / companies working in this field. Do you need a STAFF MEAL?
Yes, thanks in advance!! We’d like to have dinner since we can’t move from the venue from afternoon till the end of the day.
In case your wedding menu were too much expensive a staff meal is ok.
Can you play OUTDOORS?
Yes, but only in case of good weather.
Our set up area has to be covered in order to protect our equipment from both sun and evening dampness. A roof, a gazebo or even an big 4 x 4 mt. sun umbrella will do.
We can’t set up our instruments if a coverage is not supplied.
Can you play outdoors in case of BAD WEATHER or rain?
If the forecasts give variable or bad weather we absolutely cannot set up and play outside.
It is essential to always have a plan B including the possibility for us to set up and play indoor safely.
HOW MUCH SPACE do you require?
We need an area of at least 3,5 X 2 mt. on flat ground. If outdoors, not on the grass, on the gravel or on a slope for safety reasons.
Can you set up and play outside for the first part of the after dinner party and then MOVE INSIDE for the second half?
In many areas of Italy there are time restrictions and music outside can’t go on after around 00.00/00.30am;
If music outside has to stop at 00.00/00.30am we warmly recommend you to organize the dancing party indoor.
Otherwise we can provide a double set up:
we can set a sound system + light system + instruments + DJ equipment + wireless mic (LIVE music + DJset) in one location and a second sound system + light system + DJ equipment + wireless mic (DJ set) in the other one.
HOW LONG do you play for?
The duration of our wedding Live band + DJ performance goes smoothly up to 4 hours!!
Let’s take an EXAMPLE of a potential schedule: the wedding dinner ends at 9:30/10:00pm – we start playing immediately after and the music goes on non-stop until 02:00am!!

HOW MANY SONGS will you play?
We play about 15/20 songs per hour so, depending on the duration of our performance, an average of 45/60 up to a maximum of 60/80 songs.
Do you take REQUESTS?
Yes, of course we do!! All playlists are fully customizable.
You can pick 30/40 songs from our Live repertoire and 30/40 songs from our DJ repertoire.
Concerning DJ set you can choose any song you want whatsoever even if not included on our DJ repertoire.
Can we use SPOTIFY to send you our requests/playlists?
Yes of course!! We have a Spotify Premium account. Feel free to share your playlists!!
Will you perform our FIRST DANCE or special song?
Yes, if you have an extra song to which you are personally tied (for example the first dance) and you wish it played LIVE by us even if not yet included in our actual LIVE Repertoire, we can learn it expressly for you and perform it during your wedding party (as long as the song is possible for us to learn!!). Please let us know the title/artist of the extra song asap or at the latest within three months before the wedding date thanks!!
WHAT TIME do you play?
At a time to suit your event, usually between 9:00/10:00 pm and 01:00/02:00am
WHAT TIME do you stop playing? Can we add an EXTRA HOUR?
We usually stop to play/dj at max 2:00 am;
After we stop playing/DJing at 2:00 am with a small surcharge we can rent a sound system till 3am; we can play one of our dance playlist or you can play your music with an Ipod / Ipad / Tablet or any other device of yours.

How long do you TAKE TO SET UP?
Around one and a half to two hours from the moment we arrive and start to unload our equipment.
WHEN DO YOU ARRIVE at the venue?
If you’re booking our Standard Package we could arrive around one and a half / two hours before dinner.
All will be ready before dinner, we won’t disturb the ceremony/reception, we won’t do any check-sound.
What is the Italian MUSIC TAX (SIAE)?
The SIAE is the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers.
It is required by Italian law that the bride or groom obtain a SIAE permit for the music played during their wedding.
Since the SIAE permit payment don’t goes to us but to the authors and publishers of the songs performed during the event the cost of SIAE licence is not included in the cost of booking.

Would it be okay if we have a WEDDING PLANNER?
Yes, that’s not a problem! It will be a pleasure to collaborate with your Wedding Planner, the important thing to know is that we always need to deal directly with our clients from an early stage of event organization; our aim is to satisfy our clients requirements so no problem for us!!
A friend or family member would like to SING A SONG during the evening – Is that possible?
Yes, but please let inform us in advance (via e-mail), especially if it’s a surprise performance!!
We’d love to PROJECT some videos/slides during the reception dinner, can you help us?
Yes, with a small surcharge we can provide a projector + folding screen so you can play your videos / slides / power point / pictures using a laptop of yours with a HDMI output. For more information see Extra packages or write us
Is an on-the-spot INSPECTION prior to the event necessary?
Don’t worry, there’s no need to make an inspection. After years and years of wedding music planning we’re trained to organize all via e-mail meeting all the requirements and wishes of our spouses.
Do you need VENUE CONTACTS?
An e-mail address and a telephone number of the venue manager will be very useful so we can iron out all technical details directly with the venue, as well as the power supply and any other technical need.
How can I BOOK you?
In order to book us you just need to send an e-mail as confirmation containing the agreed cost and method of payment together with all data of the contracting parties and a detailed description of the chosen services (we’ll send a form to be filled in).
Once all of the details have been agreed, to definitively confirm the booking you’ll pay a deposit by bank transfer, usually around 30% of the total cost.
